Clubs - Head Coach - Instructions

The first step is for the club's head coach to "CLAIM" his/her club in the Entries and Results database.
By "claiming" your club - you are recognized as your club's "Roster Coordinator".

The instructions below include - - -
- "CLAIMING" your Club (as the Roster Coordinator);
- Assigning a Code to your rosters
     for Parent Authorization (PA);
- PA instructions for Club Parents.

Claim Your Rosters:
The head coach for each club must "CLAIM" his/her club in the
EnR database.
(1)  To claim your club go to the home page.
       The coach who claims your club is your club's "Roster Coordinator".
(2)  Under the Roster Coordinator Code box - click the link to claim your club.
        In the next window search for your club - and click on your club.
        If you do not find your club in the data base email
               [email protected]
        (Request your club to be added to the database.)
(3)  After finding your club in the data base -
         click on your club to continue.

Create Your Coordinator Code:
(4)  In the next window create your Roster Coordinator Code.
         Click on "Instructions" - then set-up your RC Code accordingly.
(5)  After completing your Coordinator Code you will be 
         taken to a window to complete your information.
(6)  After completing your information - you can enter your
         RC Code on the home page to access your club rosters.

Add Students to Your Roster(s):
(7)  Add new students to your rosters and update others
          as needed.  Make sure your Club Rosters are 
           complete and up-to-date BEFORE providing
            a Roster Code to any of your parents.

               To go to other rosters click
                 "Rosters" or "Dashboard"
                    in the left side panel.

Assign a Roster Code. - - - 
 NOTE: 
Roster Codes are also used for
             Parent Authorization (PA) codes.
(9)  Click on "Roster Codes" in the left side panel and 
         assign a Roster Code to your Boys & Girls rosters.
          Important:  Assign the same code to both rosters.
          These codes are for Parent Authorization (PA).
           (Follow the instructions to assign the code.)
              Roster / Parent Authorization Codes can
              be changed at any time, as desired.

(10)  Provide the Roster Code to club parents so
           they can complete Parent Authorization (PA).

IMPORTANT:
Be sure your Rosters are complete and
up-to-date BEFORE providing club parents
with a Parent Authorization (Roster) Code.

Have your parents go to "entriesandresults.com - - - 

Provide your Parent Authorization (roster) Code
  to club parents and instruct them to read
   "Parent Authorization - Instructions".
